FCancer Announces FCE Toronto Event with NERVO

FCancer's Third Annual Toronto Event will Feature NERVO in Support of Princess Margaret Hospital and FCancer Programming

TORONTO, Nov. 3, 2015 /CNW/ -- Innovative cancer organization, FCancer, announces their third annual Toronto event that will take place on Thursday, November, 19(th) at Maison Mercer (15 Mercer St., Toronto, ON MV5 2M9) at 10pm. The charity has tapped Grammy Award Winning EDM Duo NERVO as the evening's musical performance. KiSS 92.5 hits FM and Heineken will serve as sponsors.

"We are super excited to be teaming up with such a reputable charity as FCancer," said Liv & Mim of NERVO. "We are very much looking forward to donating this money and having a great party at the same time!"

FCancer's co-founder Yael Cohen Braun said, "FCancer events provide an outlet for our community where they can come, let guards down and rally around a shared experience."

"There is a raw emotion that connects all people who have suffered terrible losses to cancer," added FCancer co-founder Julie Greenbaum. "There's a common bond among us that is so clear and evident when strangers from around the world come together to collectively say 'F*ck Cancer.'"

FCancer t-shirts serve as the ticket into the event and can be purchased at http://www.letsfcancer.com/event/toronto2015/. Proceeds from the evening will benefit FCancer programs. The charity has also partnered with Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, giving 20% of proceeds to support their adolescent and young adult cancer program. The event will begin with an exciting red carpet at 10pm with several celebrities and members of the media, hosted by ET Canada's Rick Campanelli.
