(NYSE: ATV) ("Acorn" or the "Company") today announced that, due to recent volatility in trading of the Company's ADSs, the Company will provide a business update for investors on a conference call to be held Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. ET.

Robert W. Roche, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will lead the call.

Following the update there will be a brief question and answer segment for investors and analysts.
