LOS ANGELES, Oct. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Politicon, the unconventional convention set to bring together fans of politics and entertainment in Los Angeles on October 9 and 10, today announced that Trevor Noah from The Daily Show has signed on to participate in the event. In his first US public appearance since joining The Daily Show, Noah will perform a stand-up comedy set and take part in a Q&A.
Positioned as a non-partisan fan fest for political junkies, Politicon will present viewpoints from across the spectrum. With twelve rooms of back-to-back events, Politicon offers programming to capture every imagination - left, right and center. About Trevor Noah
Trevor Noah is the most successful comedian in Africa. He recently made his debut as the new host of the Emmy(®) and Peabody(® )Award-winning "The Daily Show" on Comedy Central. Noah joined "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" in 2014 as a contributor.

He continues to tour all over the world and has performed in front of sold out crowds at the Hammersmith Apollo in London and the Sydney Opera House in Australia as well as many US cities.
