Film Producer Ben McConley Expands Entertainment Portfolio As Producer of Broadway Show 'Penn & Teller On Broadway'

WASHINGTON, July 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Film Producer Ben McConley enters Broadway Theater by presenting a magic show in one act written and performed by Penn & Teller. The six week engagement at the Marquis Theater opened on July 12 to critical acclaim and sold out shows running until August 16. The show has been called, "...non-stop foolery that can be divided into pranks, stunts, tricks, illusions, deceptions, and baffling feats of - for want of a better word - magic." Penn & Teller's last appearance in New York was in 2000 for one week. "Demand to see these groundbreaking performers is very high and we expect the show to do extremely well. McConley has also recently become involved as an Executive Producer of his 17(th) film, a political comedy, currently in pre-production and expected to be released in theaters next summer prior to the 2016 Presidential elections.
