BANFF, ALBERTA, April 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Banff World Media Festival is thrilled to announce that Jean-Pierre Blais, Chair of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), will be presenting the BANFF delegation with a keynote address on Sunday June 7(th), 2015.

In the fall of 2014, the CRTC held three big hearings on television (known as Let's Talk TV) and wholesale wireless and wireline services.
