120 Sports announces extensive lineup of NFL Draft Week coverage

Live Mock Draft kicks off coverage this Sunday
CHICAGO, April 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- When the 80th annual NFL Draft commences in Chicago next week, 120 Sports will showcase its football content from two unique perspectives, both from its studio and through a series of behind-the-scenes draft related events throughout the city.
From its custom-designed 17,000 square foot digital production facility in Chicago's West Loop, 120 Sports plans to provide broad coverage of the Draft with several in-studio experiences. Beginning Sunday, this in-studio live & on-demand content will include:
-- Sunday, April 26(th): 120 Sports "Rough Draft"
-- 4 hours of live programming during which 120 Sports will pair with
partners Campus Insiders and Sports Illustrated to conduct a mock
First Round of the NFL Draft.
-- The mock draft will focus its picks on the voice of the fans. Each
pick will be made by a different team representative including
former NFL players, media members and lifelong fans of each team.
Team representatives will make their picks live.
-- Notable attendees making picks include:
-- David Carr, first overall pick in 2002 NFL Draft by Houston
Texans.
-- Beanie Wells, first round pick in 2009 NFL Draft by Arizona
Cardinals.
-- Travis Johnson, first round pick by the Houston Texans in
2005 NFL Draft.
-- The event will be hosted by 120 Sports' Michael Kim. Special guests
will give additional analysis and reaction on each pick from two
perspectives:
-- Players perspective:
-- Bryant McFadden, two-time Super Bowl Champion with the
Pittsburgh Steelers.
-- Doug Chapman, former running back for the Minnesota Vikings.
-- "General Managers":
-- Pete Futiak: Campus Insiders' football expert.
-- Russ Lande: Former NFL scout, draft expert and football
analyst.
-- Wednesday, April 29th: Draft Prospects Visit to 120 Sports
Studios/Football Fix
-- 120 Sports will welcome a group of NFL draft prospects to its studio
for a day of tours and live interviews as they prepare for the
Draft.
-- Unique social media segments, "confessional" interviews and fun
features on each player will be shot in the 120 Sports studio,
expanding coverage of the players beyond statistics and analysis to
their nature off the field, interacting with their peers and their
thoughts on achieving their NFL dreams.

feature Campus Insiders' host Bonnie Bernstein with special NFL
guests in addition to all the latest news surrounding the Draft.
Beyond the studio, 120 Sports will provide viewers with unique access and perspective from both the player's and the fan's point of view through coverage at major events around Chicago, both public and private, during Draft Week. These events include:
Tuesday, April 28(th):
-- Stars and Strikes Celebrity Bowling Classic
-- 120 Sports will be onsite providing real-time behind-the-scenes
coverage of the event and interviewing attending players and
celebrities.
-- Daytona 500 Champion Jamie McMurray and 2014 Heisman Trophy
Runner-Up and Wisconsin standout Melvin Gordon co-host the event
