Kate Borkowski Releases Her New Single 'Fruit' Today from Grammy-nominated Producer, Jon Evans

SEATTLE, Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Rising American singer, Kate Borkowski, has released 'Fruit' the first track taken from her upcoming EP, The Orchard. The Orchard sees Borkowski again collaborating with Grammy-nominated producer and long-time Tori Amos bassist, Jon Evans, who also produced and arranged her debut album, Polymorph, released a year ago.

Evans provides some insight into his latest effort with Borkowski, saying: "building on the groove elements of her last album, Kate Borkowski's new EP, The Orchard, brings to mind the sounds of classic Massive Attack and modern cinematic landscapes. With lyrical content and vocal performances that are at once compelling and mysterious, these new songs represent the development of a true artist."

Kate Borkowski's new EP, The Orchard, was mastered by Gavin Lurssen at Lurssen Mastering and will be released January 13, 2015.

'Fruit', the first single taken from The Orchard, is available digitally on iTunes today, November 11, 2014.
