Coffee Table Media, the online coffee table books network has launched, for the first
time worldwide, a new Pilates channel on the Pilatesforlife.tv

containing workouts by the Pilates guru and Joseph Pilates' personal protegee Romana
Kryzanowska, to mark the 1 year anniversary of her passing on August 30.



In cooperation with the award-winning educational videos distributor Cerebellum
Corporation, the new channel, called 'Romana's Pilates', is a world-first destination
channel for a 'back to roots' approach to Pilates, and it includes the successful original
recordings released by Kryzanowska in 2004.



The recordings (Introduction to Pilates Mat, Power House Mat Work, Optimum Weight,
Ultimate Challenge Mat Workout)combine classes of the classical method with the history of
Pilates and archive footage of Joseph Pilates himself. All classes are instructed by
Romana Kryzanowska.
