HELP OTHERS. For 28 years, the WTAE Project Bundle-Up Auction has played a critical role in providing new winter outerwear for needy children and seniors across Western Pennsylvania. Founded in 1986 by WTAE-TV Channel 4 and The Salvation Army, Project Bundle-Up has raised more than 12.3 million dollars and served more than 242,000 needy kids and seniors with new winter outerwear. The annual auction is one of the primary ways that Project Bundle-Up raises funds to provide personal shopping trips for thousands of deserving individuals each year.
