of the buzzed-about singing competition series RISING STAR, Canadian viewers can now download the free app that will serve not only as their judging tool for the revolutionary
new interactive series, but also their opportunity to appear live on TV
across North America. Reinventing the traditional singing competition, RISING STAR gives viewers the chance to become a home judge, and - for the first
time ever - see photos of themselves and their vote count in real time
on their TVs. Canadian viewers can visit CTV.ca/RisingStar to download the free RISING STAR app, available for IOS and Android users. RISING STAR airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT beginning June 22 on CTV, and is also available live and on demand on CTV.ca and the CTV GO app.



In RISING STAR, only a wall of viewer faces separates each artist from their dream,
and only viewer votes can raise it. By voting through the app, viewers
will decide the fate of each singer before their performance is over in
