Shinola Hosts Block Party in Tribeca to Celebrate the Grand Opening of its Second Flagship Store

WHAT: SHINOLA - a newly launched watch
company with a storied name,
built in a storied American
city, DETROIT, celebrates the
opening of their 2nd flagship
store in TRIBECA (the first
opened in June in Detroit).


Shinola will host an all-
American block party (open to
the public) in front of their
Franklin Street store to launch
its new location and share the
best of Detroit and NY. Vendors
will include Detroit's own
Slows BBQ and beer tasting with
Motor City Brewery, Artisanal
popcorn from Brooklyn-based
Eatrepreneur and Van Leeuven's
organic ice cream truck. The
fun will include games for kids
and a special guest performance
by Detroit garage rock band the
DIRTBOMBS and New Jersey's
Sleepy Man Banjo Boys, plus DJ
sets by Austin Peters and
Roctakon.
