LOS ANGELES, Sept. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Goodman Audio Services announced today they have been selected by Sequoia Productions for the sixth consecutive year to provide live sound services for the 65th Primetime Emmys® Governors Ball in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 22. The "Enchanted Forest" themed celebration will take place in an 80,000-square-foot space at the West Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center. The star-studded event is expected to have 3,800 guests, making it the largest formal sit-down dinner in the United States.

Live entertainment at the glamorous after-party will include Australian superstar Jessica Mauboy and The Red Hot Band, performing on a round, two-tiered rotating stage. Due to the circular layout of the space, a Goodman Audio Services suited engineer will mix the band monitors remotely utilizing an iPad while walking the dance floor next to the moving center stage.
