Wildcat Silver completes acquisition of Riva Gold


VANCOUVER, May 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Wildcat Silver Corporation (TSX: WS) ("Wildcat") and Riva Gold
Corporation (TSX-V: RIV) ("Riva") are pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Riva by
Wildcat as announced on March 4, 2013. A definitive agreement was
entered into and announced on April 4, 2013 providing for the
acquisition by Wildcat of all the outstanding common shares of Riva in
consideration for one common share of Wildcat for 4.7 common shares of
Riva. The transaction was approved by the Riva shareholders at the
annual general and special meeting held on May 3, 2013.



With the acquisition now complete, shares of Riva are no longer trading
and will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
