Angelique Sabrina Premieres Star-Studded Music Video

Music Video For Angelique Sabrina's Single "Stop Sign" Ft. Multi-Platinum Selling Artist Shontelle Premiered Today

LOS ANGELES, April 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rising Bahamian artist, Angelique Sabrina, released the music video for her new single "Stop Sign" featuring Shontelle. The high-energy music video premiered today, April 3, on mtvU and can be seen on mtvU.com, MTV Hits and MTV Buzzworthy.

The "Stop Sign" music video features Angelique in the studio with multi-platinum selling artist Shontelle ("Impossible" and songwriter for Rihanna's "Man Down"), who collaborated with her on the track. Shontelle joins the long list of top Caribbean artists who are showing their support for the young star. YouTube sensation Andrea Russett also joined Angelique for the music video and can be seen in unique behind-the-scenes clips shot during the making of the video, which are posted on her website in addition to mtvU.com.

The video was filmed by acclaimed director Dale 'Rage' Resteghini who has worked with top artists including Diddy, Pitbull, Flo Rida, Nicky Minaj, Akon and Lil Wayne. Channeling Paula Abdul, the video was filmed with a 90's style in mind. Fans will watch as Angelique leads her group of friends through the streets of New York City, showing off the hottest dance moves by choreographer Tweet Boogie (Step Up 3D). The track is produced by Grammy-winning Rockwilder, who has worked with Jay-Z, Christina Aguilera and Janet Jackson.

At 15-years-old Angelique first started to build a worldwide fan base with her hit track of the summer, "Pull Up". Angelique's signature dance moves in the "Pull Up" music video created a worldwide dance craze and in response, the music video for the remix was filmed with more than 400 NBA and NFL cheerleaders.

With a style all her own, Angelique mixes Pop and R&B with a touch of Caribbean-flare to create versatile hits that range from energized dance tracks to heart-pounding ballads. Following the release of her first single, MTV Buzzworthy coined Angelique "the next Rihanna".
