Women of Faith 2013 Fall Events to Feature THE BIBLE Series

Series to highlight Biblical women through a Remarkable Worship Experience

DALLAS, March 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Women of Faith announces partnership with producers Roma Downey and Mark Burnett to feature their series "THE BIBLE" at its fall 2013 live events. The "Believe God Can Do Anything" tour premieres Friday, August 2 in Oklahoma City.

Women of Faith will incorporate a special set of film footage from "THE BIBLE" series at each event during their four month, 24-city arena tour. The epic five-part docudrama combines the greatest collections of stories ever assembled in the Bible. The cinematography will allow Women of Faith the opportunity to bring the Bible to life with live action and state of the art computer-generated imagery (CGI) at each event.

The Women of Faith "Believe God Can Do Anything" tour is the life-changing, live Christian event for today's woman. Chart-topping musical artists, world-class authors and Bible teachers will create an unforgettable, day-and-a-half experience for women from all walks of life. Guests will hear stories that strengthen, learn practical Bible teachings that can transform everyday living, and experience authentic praise and worship with music. Pastors from across the country, such as: Judah Smith, Craig Groeschel, Max Lucado and more, will bring Biblical teaching and share the importance of an ongoing relationship with Christ and the community that being involved in a local church provides.

From Genesis to Revelation, "THE BIBLE" series will illuminate the Bible, re-telling the stories as they unfold and revealing new insights into these iconic characters in context of the Bible. The series will feature some of the most famous stories ever written, from Noah's Ark and the Exodus to Daniel in the Lion's Den to the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. "THE BIBLE" series will air Sunday evenings leading up to Easter on HISTORY.
