TV Show Greenlight or Not, Zero Skills Job with Equity Offered by SideTaker.com

WILMINGTON, N.C., May 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SideTaker.com (a crowdsourcing decision platform), while working with Hollywood production companies to create a television show based on the website's concept and content, is hiring for one particular job requiring no skills, no prior experience, and no actual work - the "All Frills No Skills" website marketing position, packaging together a $1.00 salary and up to 5% equity ownership of the website.

SideTaker.com pits two people against each other each giving their side of an argument. The decision of who's right is made by the users, taking out the traditional concept of a judge and allowing the jury to become the entire decision entity where no hung jurys exist and majority rules - the television show concept extends the web-based format. The percentage of equity is based on a few factors but primarily whether SideTaker.com gets a greenlight for a TV show. If it does, the job candidate receives a 4%-5% equity bonus. Applicants may also choose to "pad" their "resume skill set" and acquire more application points by performing actions on the website, bettering their chance at being selected for the job. The application process runs through 2012 with the candidate selection to be completely random and handled by a non-profit announced at a later date.
