IFLM Hires Pat Peach to Helm HollywoodIndy.com

LOS ANGELES, March 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Independent Film Development Corporation (OTCBB: IFLM), an international distributor of motion pictures and producer to the multibillion dollar film industry, announced today that it is appointing its current director, Patrick Peach, to head up and run HollywoodIndy.com, the innovative new entertainment industry social networking website. Peach was instrumental in the creation and development of Hollywood Indy from its beginning stages. Hollywood Indy is to be integrated with IFLM's development, production and distribution divisions, and is set to launch in early 2012. Pat Peach is a 30-year veteran of the film industry, working as a producer over the last 25 years for such companies as Disney, Paramount Pictures, Miramax Films, Hallmark Entertainment, and Relativity Media. Peach started his entertainment career as a literary agent, and produced his first film at the age of 23. As an independent producer, his credits include "Prey of the Chameleon," a Showtime world premiere, "The Chinatown Connection," "Big Bad John," "Bitter Harvest," and the "Glass Shield." Through his own production company, Peach produced "When the Bough Breaks," "Mother" and "Galaxis."

Peach has served as Supervising Producer for Film Finances, Inc. on the completion of eight visual effects intensive features by Full Moon Entertainment, including "Josh Kirby: Time Warrior," "Pre Hysteria II," and "The Wee Folk I & II." He produced "Maximum Surge," an interactive game and movie for Digital Pictures, and produced "Sticks and Stones" for Hallmark Entertainment, co-produced "DNA," an HBO World Premiere, and was Supervising Producer on "Bombshell," a Sci-Fi Channel World Premiere. He also produced "Suicide Kings" for Artisan Entertainment.

Peach produced "P.U.N.K.S.," a Disney Original Picture, and worked on several films for Miramax, Lionsgate, and Dimension Films. He co-produced "Highlander: Endgame," and worked for Miramax on "Equilibrium" and "Imposter." As a result of his work on "Project Greenlight," the HBO original series, Peach produced "Stolen Summer," a Miramax release. Since then, he has co-produced the theme park attraction "Star Trek Voyager: Borg Encounter," "Outin Riley," "Icon" and "Canes" and has worked on "Cookers," "The Guardian," and "Nanking" and recently line produced "Limitless." Peach has also produced commercials for clients including Renault, Volkswagen, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central. He has studied entertainment law, film production, screenwriting, distribution, marketing and finance at UCLA, USC, AFI and Writer's Boot Camp.

"Mr. Peach is a great commodity and a known name in the entertainment industry. He not only understands all facets of the film industry, but has a keen insight into cutting edge technology and how to convey a message, which is why he is a perfect fit for Hollywood Indy," said Chief Executive Officer Jeff Ritchie.

According to Peach, Hollywood Indy is launching at a great time in the industry- a few years ago would have been too early, not only from a technological standpoint, but from the point of view of industry professionals who may not have been ready for a site like this. "I'm excited about the site. I think it is going to be an extraordinary asset to everyone working in or associated with the entertainment industry, which is the first key market we are going after," Peach said.
