LOS ANGELES, March 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Goliath Film and Media Holdings (OTC Bulletin Board: GFMH)announces that it has acquired the distribution rights to the full length feature film The Truth About Layla. The Truth About Layla is a thriller. One morning, Layla, played by Kaila Amariah (star of The Biggest Fan) wakes up with no memory of her surroundings, her family or the horrific car crash that killed her father. As she begins to recover, she begins to suspect that her mother and sister might have been involved in his death. Catherine Hicks, as Layla's mother, is a very successful film and television star, known to audiences internationally for her lead role in the very popular and "long-running" television series, 7th Heaven for 11 years. Other notable film credits in which she reprised starring or supporting roles include Marilyn, The Untold Story (1980) , Death Valley (1982) Garbo Talks (1984) The Razor's Edge (1984), Peggy Sue Got Married (1986), Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986), and Child's Play (1986).

Scott Bailey, as Tyler, is a prolific actor in both film and television.
