Tom Johnson Camping Center Assists Extreme Makeover:Home Edition
Donates 12 RVs to Aid Project in Lincolnton, NC
MARION, N.C., Dec. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Tom Johnson Camping Center announced they have donated the use of 12 RVs to Extreme Makeover:Home Edition and Bellamy Homes to be used by the designers and builders to increase their productivity. A mix of travel trailers, fifth wheels and a Class A motorhome are being utilized as office space allowing the designers and builders to be on-site around the clock during the build in Lincolnton, NC.

This is the third Extreme Makeover:Home Edition that Tom Johnson Camping Center has participated in during 2011. Previous builds this year included a project outside of Atlanta, GA and the Fayetteville, NC build that featured First Lady Michelle Obama utilizing a Tom Johnson Camping Center motorhome as an office.
"In addition to the numerous benefits RVs offer in camping, they can also be utilized to increase productivity for business owners and this is a great example of that benefit," said Stroud.
