Annual Holiday Taste of Sam's Club Event Kicks Off on Nov. 18; Atlanta Community Food Bank to Receive $75,000 Grant as part of $1 Million Sam's Club Donation to Feeding America

WHAT: "A taste for you. Millions of meals for children in need." During the
ninth annual Holiday Taste of Sam's Club event, Sam's Club invites
Members and guests to get in the holiday spirit by sampling a variety of
gourmet holiday foods at Clubs nationwide. As a special part of this
year's event, Sam's Club will help raise awareness about the issue of
hunger in the U.S. and donate $1 million to support child hunger
programs through Feeding America, the nation's leading domestic hunger
relief charity. As part of the donation, Atlanta Community Food Bank
will receive a grant of $75,000. The annual event will be kicked off by
R&B singer Monica as she joins forces with Sam's Club and Feeding
America for an in-club appearance in Atlanta.
