Comcast Hometown Network to Televise Outspoken San Francisco Radio Show "Lady Brain" Beginning November 26th

LIVERMORE, Calif., Nov. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Comcast Hometown Network (http://comcasthometown.com), Comcast's regional cable network covering Northern and Central California, today announced that it will begin televising the candid San Francisco radio show "Lady Brain" (www.askladybrain.com) on Saturdays at 10:00 p.m. on Channel 104, starting November 26th. The network will offer a sneak peak of the show on Saturday, November 19th at the special time of 11:00 p.m., immediately following the Fresno State at University of Hawaii college football game. "Lady Brain" airs weekly on San Francisco's Green 960 AM and Sacramento's KSTE Talk 650 AM, and is a talk show covering highly personal topics through interviews, sex and relationship advice, and current event discussions.
"Lady Brain" has been described as "The Howard Stern Show" meets NPR's "Fresh Air" with Terry Gross. Each week, hosts Lauren Schiller and Steph Dominguez Walton examine the true, intimate, embarrassing and sometimes messy details of relationships, sex, health, work and body image. Recent "Lady Brain" shows have included interviews with film director Abe Silvia; comedian Hal Sparks; bestselling authors Bill Clegg, Andrew Altschul and David Linden; Michael Krasny of KQED's Forum; Deadspin.com editor AJ Daulerio; Spencer Christian of ABC7; former San Francisco 49er Gary Plummer; HGTV interior designer Karen McAloon and Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O'Malley.
