Rock Your Style Contest Winner, I.O.U., to Open Show

NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Tanger Outlets at the Arches is pleased to announce the free finale concert by international Electro-Hop band, Far East Movement, which wraps up the 2011 Rock Your Style concert series and talent competition. I.O.U., (Inside Our Universe), hailing from Rutgers University in New Jersey will open for the band. The hip hop band has two members, Isaiah 'Izee' McMeill, Andrew 'Buck' Buckner, accompanied by D.J. Turntablest Ted with a cameo appearance by Evangelia.

The summer long concert series and on-line competition inspired by pop culture culminates with Grand Finale Concert. Taking its cues from American Idol and America's Got Talent, I.O.U. was selected from over 500 entries through a Facebook voting initiative that attracted over 27,000 voters from across the country. On September 10th, final votes were cast live on The Arches Red Carpet by a judging panel of fashion tastemakers and media including from Rocco Leo Gaglioti from FashionNews Live, Rob Shuter from Naughty But Nice and Nyasha Zimucha, online fashion and entertainment correspondent.

To ramp up the fashion quotient, judge, Rocco Leo Gaglioti will select one lucky winner from the front rows of New York Fashion Week to be whisked away to The Arches for the Ultimate Fall Shopping Spree at Tanger Outlets to find her look inspired by the runways.
