My Damn Channel Partners With FourBoys Films on New Comedy Series Versailles, Premiering May 9th

NEW YORK, April 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- My Damn Channel (www.MyDamnChannel.com) has joined forces with FourBoys Films, headed by actor and director David Hunt and his wife, Emmy Award-winning actress Patricia Heaton, to produce and distribute Versailles (pronounced Ver-sayles), a new comedy series, debuting May 9, 2011. Created and directed by Hunt and his writing partner Rodney Vaccaro, the 8-part series focuses on a brother and sister as they desperately attempt to live out their fantasies and escape the legacy of their dearly departed mother, the late, great television star and B movie actress Evelyn Anders (Patricia Heaton). In Versailles, Evelyn's indelible legacy is still alive in the shape of her damaged son and daughter, Colin Tickler (David Hunt) and Summer Tickler-Hoogerhyde (Eve Gordon). The two siblings make a last ditch attempt at creating their own celebrity by hosting a public access sports talk show, broadcast from the basement of the local library, that is financed by Summer's devoted husband Hoyt Hoogerhyde (Fred Willard). The series also stars Martha MacIsaac (Greek,Superbad) and features hilarious appearances by William H. Macy who recounts his early experiences as a student of Evelyn.
