Team of Media Veterans to Enhance Development and Training of Contributors

DENVER, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading online content provider Examiner.com has announced the formation of an Editorial Advisory Board, consisting of media leaders and educators with distinguished careers in online, mobile, television, newspaper and magazine journalism.

The Board will meet quarterly to discuss the evolving state of mass communication and will advise Examiner.com on editorial policy, and its efforts to enhance the quality of content, contributor training and development, deployment of Examiners on critical issues, partnership opportunities and the best uses of technology to serve the news and information needs of communities in the 21st Century. One of the first duties of the Board was to review a white paper by Mitch Gelman, VP of Quality for Examiner.com, on how to identify and maintain high quality online content from multiple contributors.
