Brandi Carlile - Live at Benaroya Hall with the Seattle Symphony will be available for pre-order at BrandiCarlile.com and Amazon.com.

Culled from two incredible sold-out shows in November 2010 at the prestigious Seattle concert venue, Brandi Carlile - Live at Benaroya Hall with the Seattle Symphony features Brandi and her band -- Tim Hanseroth (guitar), Phil Hanseroth (bass), Josh Neumann (cello) and Allison Miller (drums) -- performing a finely drawn selection of original songs and well-chosen covers accompanied by a full thirty-piece orchestra.

Brandi Carlile - Live at Benaroya Hall with the Seattle Symphony showcases arrangements created for Brandi by Sean O'Loughlin (who's worked with Chris Isaak, Feist, Belle & Sebastian, Blue Man Group, others) and the legendary Paul Buckmaster (Elton John, David Bowie-"Space Oddity," Miles Davis-"On The Corner"). Buckmaster, who won a Grammy in 2001 for his arrangements on Train's "Drops of Jupiter," first worked with Brandi in 2009 on Give Up The Ghost, her third studio album.

Brandi Carlile, winner of Seattle's City of Music Breakthrough Award for 2010, sold-out her Benaroya debut in 2008. Returning to the Hall for the first time last November, after touring more than a year in support of Give Up The Ghost, Carlile treated her fans to an expanded road-polished repertoire, performing an exquisite set-list of original compositions and covers including Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah," Simon & Garfunkel's "The Sound of Silence" and Elton John's "Sixty Years On" (showcasing Brandi's vocals within the original Paul Buckmaster arrangement), all included on Brandi Carlile - Live at Benaroya Hall with the Seattle Symphony.

Brandi Carlile - Live at Benaroya Hall with the Seattle Symphony was recorded, mixed and mastered by Martin Feveyear of Jupiter Studios in Seattle.

Filter will stream "Before It Breaks," the first preview of Brandi Carlile - Live at Benaroya Hall with the Seattle Symphony, on Tuesday, March 15.

Brandi Carlile began honing her songwriting and performing crafts in the local coffeehouse scene of Seattle at the beginning of the 21st century. Joining forces with twin brothers, Tim Hanseroth and Phil Hanseroth, to create a band, Brandi started to garner national attention for her raw and rootsy authenticity.

A stark and emotive vocalist with real stories to tell, Brandi signed with Columbia Records in 2004 and released her first major label album, Brandi Carlile, in 2005.

Named one of Rolling Stone's "10 Artists To Watch in 2005," Brandi Carlile toured with the Hanseroth brothers, as both headliner and support act (for Ray LaMontagne, Indigo Girls, Chris Isaak, others) for nearly two years to write and road-test the material that would comprise The Story, her 2007 breakthrough album produced by T Bone Burnett. The album was her first to feature her touring band cellist Josh Neumann.

Her third studio album, Give Up The Ghost, was released in October 2009 and entered the Billboard 200 at #26. Helmed by Grammy Award winning Producer of the Year Rick Rubin, Give Up The Ghost featured string arrangements by Paul Buckmaster and a new collaboration between Brandi and Elton John called "Caroline."

In 2008, Carlile created The Looking Out Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, in order to provide financial support to worthwhile causes she supports. Since its creation, The Looking Out Foundation has provided grants to Reverb, the American Diabetes Association, Honor The Earth and others. In January 2010, the Looking Out Foundation partnered with the Seattle Police Department, the Indigo Girls and two local Seattle self-defense studios to fund and support the Fight the Fear Campaign. Carlile contributed the track "The Heartache Can Wait" to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation: More Hope For The Holidays album in 2010.
