Reaching for Peace: D.C. Area Interfaith Shabbat Celebrates the Life's Work of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
CHEVY CHASE, Md., Jan. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Celebrate a soulful SHABBAT RUACH, honoring the life's work of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Six Choirs and Two Bands join together to share Jewish Tradition with neighbors of all faiths at Temple Shalom, the D.C. area's most diverse Jewish congregation.
Temple Shalom's three home-grown choirs, and its two temple-sponsored bands harmonize with the voices of D.C.'s Wilson High School Chorus and the Kids Lead Teen Gospel Choir in this contemporary Shabbat celebration.
