Move signals company's commitment to growth

MEQUON, Wis., July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Television industry veteran Jay Batista has joined StorerTV as the company's Chief Operating Officer. Batista brings more than 30 years of experience to the position including executive stints at Harris Corporation, VCI Solutions and most recently, London-based software company, AmberFin Ltd. His years of operational, marketing and sales management experience are a welcome addition to the StorerTV team, and his focus on new market development should serve the company well.

The newly created position is the latest sign that the company is poised to continue the accelerating growth of the past three years. In 2009, another television industry veteran, Toufic Moubarak, joined StorerTV as Vice President of Software Development. And earlier this year, the company announced that its scheduling-focused rights management software had been expanded to handle all rights management issues. This development is expected to open up new markets for the company as well as increase revenue opportunities with the current customer base.
