Additionally, the National Association For Multi-Ethnicity In Communications (NAMIC) and the ADCOLOR Industry Coalition have joined as marketing partners to support the Digital Summit. The first comprehensive conference to convene a mix of digital thought leaders, venture capitalists and marketers, this not-to-be-missed inaugural event will engage key industry innovators in a provocative dialogue and debate regarding the evolving economic opportunities on the web and the importance of the multicultural online consumer.

The Digital Summit will also feature a one-on-one interview with Beth Noveck, United States Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Director, White House Open Government Initiative. Dr. Noveck will share her unique perspectives on the evolution of the digital media space.

Beth Noveck is an expert on technology and institutional innovation. On leave as a professor of law and director of the Institute for Information Law and Policy at New York Law School and McClatchy visiting professor of communication at Stanford University, Dr. Noveck currently leads the Obama administration's Open Government Initiative, where she continues her longtime advocacy for the utilization of internet technologies to increase government transparency and efficacy. She previously served as a volunteer advisor on innovation in government for Obama for America and as a member of the Technology, Innovation and Government Reform Policy group for the Obama-Biden Transition. Dr. Noveck is the author of Wiki Government: How Technology Can Make Government Better, Democracy Stronger, and Citizens More Powerful (2009) and editor of The State of Play: Law, Games and Virtual Worlds (2006). She graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor and Master of Arts and earned a J.D. from Yale Law School. After studying as a Rotary Foundation graduate fellow at Oxford University, she earned a doctorate at the University of Innsbruck with the support of a Fulbright grant.
