Jason Green said, "I'm happy to be a free man. Now I can make the most of the rest of my life. I've definitely turned over a new leaf. Participated in the dramedy documentary, The Redemption
-- Project: Inmates Got Talent

In the documentary, The Redemption Project: Inmates Got Talent, co-creators Johnny Collins and Joel Jerome interact with inmates in a unique, dramatic and ultimately comedic fashion in an effort to help them turn over a new leaf so that they can become productive members of society. In the process, Collins and Jerome ultimately organize a talent contest as a way to rehabilitate the prison's inmate population. Green is a stand-out in the innovative documentary. Actor/rapper Ice-T contributes on-camera commentary and some voice-over in the completed project.

Johnny Collins commented, "You have to be proud of guy who can overcome two major obstacles, a felony and high unemployment, to land a job, and before he's released from prison. I think he can be a role model for guys who are trying to stay on the right path in life." The film was recently completed at Putnamville Correctional in Putnamville, Indiana. Collins added, "Jason is remarkable in the film, both on stage and off. If he sticks with it, I think his talents will eventually be discovered by entertainment industry executives."

Indiana Department of Correction Commissioner, Edwin G. Buss, said, "The Indiana Department of Correction is dedicated to providing opportunities to offenders to help pave the way to their successful re-entry into society. Offenders who take full advantage of those opportunities stand the best chance of success on the outside and reduce the risk of recidivism. We applaud the efforts of Doin' Time Entertainment in encouraging offenders to fully utilize their talents as they become productive citizens."
