Rentrak Expands Its Sales and Marketing Team and Opens Chicago Office

--New Executive Appointment will help Rentrak Build Upon the Rapid Market Adoption of its Industry-Leading Measurement Services--

PORTLAND, Ore., June 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rentrak Corporation (NASDAQ:RENT), the leader in multi-screen media measurement serving the advertising and entertainment industries, today announced the executive appointment of Nancy (Benedict) Beall as Director of Local Sales, Midwest Region. Ms. Beall will be based out of Rentrak's newly-formed Chicago office and will focus on selling Rentrak's industry-leading measurement and research services. She will report to Steven Walsh, Rentrak's Senior Vice President of Local Market Sales.

Bringing more than 20 years of local market management and sales experience to her position at Rentrak, Ms. Beall most recently served as Executive Director, Business Development for Frank N. Magid Associates where her expertise in local market sales and research was leveraged to consult local TV stations for the development of new media business, including the Open Mobile Video Coalition (OMVC). Ms. Beall also served as the Vice President of Operations for spot-cable rep firm, NCC Media, where her operational leadership working with every local market and MSO in the country was critical in the firm's transition to an e-commerce billing platform. Prior to her role at NCC, Ms. Beall was a Senior Account Executive at Nielsen Media Research and secured an impressive sales performance record working with clients in Midwest markets which included ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC among many others.
