Free Screenings of 2010 Student Academy Award® Winners at National Archives June 30
WASHINGTON, May 14 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Wednesday, June 30, at 7 p.m., The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, in partnership with The Charles Guggenheim Center for the Documentary Film and the Foundation for the National Archives, will present the winners of the 2010 Student Academy Awards®. These awards honor outstanding student filmmakers from across the country. This event is free and open to the public, and will be held in the William G. McGowan Theater of the National Archives Building in Washington, DC. The public should use the Special Event entrance on Constitution Avenue and 7th Street, NW.

Student Academy Awards® are presented in five categories: Alternative, Animation, Documentary, Foreign, and Narrative. Film titles will be posted at www.archives.gov following the official announcement of winners on June 12. Please note that some films may not be appropriate for general audiences.
