On Sunday 9 May, Westfield London will host the World Premiere of PRINCE OF PERSIA: THE SANDS OF TIME where the stunning Atrium will be transformed into a magnificent Persian city. The first premiere to take place in London's most exciting entertainment, leisure and shopping destination will kick off with breath-taking stunts from 3RUN, who are some of the world's leading Parkour & Freerunning athletes.

Disney will create a global first for the world premiere of PRINCE OF PERSIA: THE SANDS OF TIME by crossing five time zones to host multiple premiere events around the world in keeping with the time twisting themes of the film. The global event will start in Australia before moving to Asia and then onto Europe and Central America with the stars of the film satellite linked in to every event live from Westfield London. The screening will take place at the Vue Westfield, the UK's number one, newest and most innovative purpose built all digital cinema complex.

3RUN have appeared in numerous block buster films, and since 2003 they have performed around the world at both live events and concerts. Their innovative and challenging displays are highly sought after. It is therefore with great pleasure that Disney can announce that fifteen high-profile 3RUN members will be appearing at the world premiere of PRINCE OF PERSIA: THE SANDS OF TIME for a gravity defying performance.

Set in the mystical lands of Persia, PRINCE OF PERSIA: THE SANDS OF TIME is the story of a rogue prince (Jake Gyllenhaal) and a mysterious princess (Gemma Arterton) who race against dark forces to safeguard an ancient dagger capable of releasing the Sands of Time--a gift from the gods that can reverse time and allow its possessor to rule the world.
