T-Minus Productions Acquires Rights from Nick Jacobs for 'Fight Schlub' Script.

LOS ANGELES, March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- TJ White, CEO of T-Minus Productions, has just inked a deal with Nick Jacobs for the movie rights to "Fight Schlub."

"Fight Schlub" is a comedy about an average Joe who loses his girlfriend to an MMA Champion. With the help of a fallen former MMA champ, he trains to fight the current champ and hopefully win back his woman.

Jacobs, a staff writer and story editor for an action Sci-Fi TV series that was filmed in Australia (The Lost World), has written for a number of different companies including Film Engine (producers of The Butterfly Effect) and the Discovery Channel. Jacobs says he is "thrilled" that T-Minus will be making his script.

TJ White is set to direct with principle photography to begin mid-summer in Detroit. White made his mark on Hollywood as a Stunt Man in over 30 movies and as 2nd Unit Director on several big name music videos for artists such as Velvet Revolver, N' Sync and Bon Jovi. His film work includes "Guess Who?" and "Semi - Pro." This will be his directorial debut.
