Bill Protzmann at The Second Annual Conference of Adults Healing from Child Abuse

PALM DESERT, Calif., March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Bill Protzmann brings his program on the healing power of music to The Second Annual Conference of Adults Healing from Child Abuse in Palm Desert this Friday and Saturday March 5th and 6th 2010, at the Embassy Suites hotel. Protzmann's entertaining, educational and informative program teaches participants to use their intrinsic ability to find wellness and healing by listening to the music they love, and provides well-researched medical facts, insight and practical life experience in support of how easy and rewarding this can be.

"Recovering from child abuse, whether emotional, physical, mental, or sexual, touches all our lives, whether as a survivor, a partner, a parent or a caregiver," says Protzmann. "Current medical research is catching up with what we musicians have known all along: music is powerful. My passion is to teach folks to listen to music in a way that can change their lives."

This Conference is produced by CreativeChangeConferences.com and credit for continuing education (CE) is underwritten by The Betty Ford Center. Contact Carol Teitelbaum at 760-346-4606 or catbaum@earthlink.net for more information or to register. Key speakers include Dave Pelzer, Dr. Robert Ackerman, and Jerry Moe, M.A.
