WHAT: Santa Monica, CA, February 20th, 2010 - The Eli and Edythe
Broad Stage presents a special 50th Anniversary concert
celebrating the iconic Jazz guitarist Lee Ritenour with
special guest saxophonist Ernie Watts. Prior to the concert
philanthropist Ginny Mancini, the wife of the late composer
Henry Mancini, will host a pre-concert party in the
beautifully designed ladies lounge at The Broad Stage,
Martinis with Mancini. This inaugural event celebrates the
$100,000 gift made by Ginny Mancini to The Broad Stage
Endowment and the naming of the Ginny Mancini Ladies Lounge
and honors Judith and Dr. Sheldon Spector of Santa Monica, for
their recent gift of $100,000 to The Broad Stage Endowment.
The Mancini Ladies Lounge is five times the size of the men's
lounge with a flat screen for concert viewing, modern
furnishings and artwork by Susie Kreiser.
