NEWS: ADVERTISERS BATTLE IT OUT FOR THE BEST COMMERCIAL DURING SUPER BOWL XLIV

FORMAT: B-roll and Soundbites

STORY SUMMARY: On February 7, 2010, all eyes will be on Super Bowl XLIV in Miami, Florida. While the Indianapolis Colts and the New Orleans Saints will be battling it out on the field, advertisers will be battling it out during commercial breaks. And just like the Super Bowl champions who will earn the coveted trophy in the end, advertisers will earn the respect of consumers measured by USA Today's Ad Meter.

E*TRADE FINANCIAL Corp. announced a new series of "Talking Baby" advertisements featuring a new tot. The first ad debuted during the AFC Divisional Playoff Game, with a second 30-second "Talking Baby" advertisement premiering during Super Bowl® XLIV. The full series of five baby spots will be a central component of a multi-faceted marketing communications program which includes presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Yahoo!, and in cinema, sending a message to consumers that E*TRADE can "liberate investors from big expensive brokers."

Doritos has selected six finalists from more than 4,000 entries in the fourth annual Doritos "Crash the Super Bowl" challenge. Consumer votes will determine which three of the user-generated :30 Doritos spots will air during the Super Bowl XLIV broadcast. Winners will battle it out against the pros in hopes of claiming the top three spots in the USA TODAY Ad Meter for the chance to win a shared $5 million cash bonus prize.
