Music Industry Veterans Join Digital Music Download Brand

NEW YORK, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Masterbeat Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GRNN), owner of the digital music download website www.masterbeat.com, said today that it has selected Allen & Caron, Inc., with offices in New York City, Irvine, CA and London, as its agency for investor relations and corporate communications. Allen & Caron will assist Masterbeat with developing an outreach program and with media relations to increase visibility in the investment community.

Masterbeat was founded by international celebrity DJ Brett Henrichsen, who will serve as the company's President and CEO. Other music industry leaders with direct knowledge of the dance and electronica sounds will also join the Board. Dick Wingate, a digital music technology veteran, will be appointed non-executive Chairman of the Board.

Other board members include Richard Rowe, a former SONY executive, and Ted Green, former CEO of Anchor Bay Entertainment and former Chairman of TMI Media and Entertainment.

Although it specializes in the dance and electronica music genres, Masterbeat has more than 4 million songs for sale on its state-of-the-art website www.masterbeat.com, and is the only digital service provider to carry "lossless" (uncompressed, CD quality) files from major record labels including Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group.
