Jack Mackenroth, Reality Television Star From 'Project Runway' in Philadelphia To Educate About Living with HIV and Combating Stigma

Jack has been HIV-positive for more than 20 years and is one of the more than one million people who are living with HIV and AIDS in the United States, many of whom still have to deal with the stigma of having the disease.
