Halloween Party at Datz Delicatessen Will Benefit Gasparilla International Film Festival
TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Datz Delicatessen and Foodie's Market, located in the heart of South Tampa, announced today that they will be closing their doors to the public for a private party on Halloween from 8 pm to midnight. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Gasparilla International Film Festival, a 501 c-3 organization.
Dress up as your favorite creature from the dark, and come support Gasparilla International Film Festival, a 501 c-3 nonprofit, on fright night! That's right--its tax deductible too; how evil is that?
Your $100 ticket will include ghoulish appetizers RIPPED from the silver screen, featuring Texas Chainsaw Massacre Carving Station, Hellraiser Dates, Fire & Ice Shrimp, Silence of the Lamb, Devilish Dessert Bar, Complimentary Wicked Wines and Brooding Beers. Also available, Creepy Cocktail Cash Bar, photo opportunities on Hollywood thriller movie sets and silent auction items straight from the theatre. Best costume wins Beer for a Year from JJ Taylor!
Motion Picture Special FX Wizard, Greg Baker, of Divine Imagery, was consulted on the "theme" of our party, so don't be surprised if the guacamole dip is served in a severed head! Greg will also be creating professional-looking makeup effects on any unruly guests!
The Tempting Mistress, Lisa Casalino, will be providing some devilish lyrics and music for those who want to do the mash all night long! For those cadavers that don't know her, check her out at www.myspace.com/lcasalino.
