Tirso Navarro Named President, CBS Outdoor Latin America

Executive to Oversee Mexico and South American Operations

NEW YORK, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tirso Navarro has been named President, CBS Outdoor Latin America, it was announced today by Wally Kelly, President and CEO, CBS Outdoor, Americas. In this new position Tirso, who previously served as Director General for CBS Outdoor-Mexico, will oversee all Latin American businesses, including Mexico and South America. The appointment is effective immediately.

"Tirso has done a tremendous job overseeing our businesses in Mexico, and we're confident he is the perfect choice to lead our entire Latin American operations," said Kelly. "By expanding his responsibilities to include these regions we are in effect creating a one-stop shopping opportunity for clients eager to reach Spanish-speaking audiences."

Antonio Alonso, who previously oversaw South America, was recently named President and CEO of CBS Outdoor's business in Europe and Asia, based in London.

With CBS Outdoor's 2008 purchase of the South American-based International Outdoor Advertising Group, CBS became one of the continent's largest out-of-home media businesses. The acquisition added more than 17,000 advertising faces in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay to CBS's growing Latin American portfolio.

Navarro has been with CBS Outdoor since 2004. Before that he served as a Director at Dresden Partners in Mexico City, advising clients on media management, integration and development. Before that he was General Manager for Mindshare Mexico. He also served as Country Manager for Dun & Bradstreet Information Services, overseeing operations in Mexico, Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean.
