Former 'Guiding Light' Actor Alex Baldeon Launches a Music Career With the Debut Release of a Double Single Available Today September 8th

NEW YORK, Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- As CBS's long time running daytime drama "Guiding Light" comes to an end on Sept 18 -- one of its former actor's Alex Baldeon, is releasing the first single from his forthcoming album today, Tuesday September 8, 2009 - the single titled "Say You Will" will be available for sale along with a Spanish song "Me Enamoro De Ti" both of which were Executive produced by Baldeon and Produced by Pete Massitti - whom has produced and written songs for Julio Iglesias, Hootie and the Blowfish, Danny Wood, Gloria Estefan and Julio Iglesias Jr. Both songs are described as melodic pop/rock songs with romantic lyrics - a sure winner with the ladies.

Baldeon's release is being electronically distributed throughout the world independently, a movement by many artists today that seek to control and distribute music on their own as many labels have failed to invest in promotion and production for new artists unless they can show labels that they in fact can "make noise" in a very difficult business during difficult economic times. Well if they want "noise" they will get it with Baldeon's releases, he is currently negotiating a couple of soap opera acting roles that have been offered to him in Chile and Mexico - both of which have promised to cross-promote his music on the soap operas or "novelas" as they are called in the Latin countries. Baldeon is also scheduled to make promotional appearances on both TV and Radio stations nationwide.

Later this year the full self titled album will be releases in stores and electronically worldwide.
