WASHINGTON, July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- What: "Hispanic Communities in Time of Crisis" panel discussion with Congressman Charlie Gonzalez, Former Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez and University of Denver Professor Deborah Ortega. Plus presentation of the white paper State of Latinos: Census 2010.
