Martin Atkins' longtime plans to create a new, real-world, revolutionary learning environment take another step forward with the addition of two industry professionals to the rapidly growing team: Joanna Quargnali-Linsley and Katie Crain bring years of artist management, teaching experience, music industry administration, and curriculum development to the revolution. r3 breaks the rules for a purpose, not because they don't know the rules.

Joanna is a strategic sensei bringing artist development, management, business strategy, analysis, and educational coordination to r3. Some of her recent projects include music business curriculum development, patent license negotiation, conceptualizing and producing a series of albums, lecturing at Columbia College Chicago and raising her 9-month-old daughter. She has a degree in music, and is the lead singer and songwriter for metal band Graceful Abyss.

Katie is an organizational guru. She brings social media, marketing and arts management expertise to r3 along with bachelor's and master's degrees in marketing and arts management. She has been Martin Atkins' executive assistant ("right hand") since 2006 and also worked at GasPedal (a word-of-mouth marketing company) as director of client services. Some of her recent projects include tour coordination, book editing, CRM administration, internship coordination, and assisting and organizing her hyper-busy, over-scheduled colleagues.
