Verizon FiOS TV Adds Leading Chinese Channel, Sino TV, to Growing Asian Content Offering
NEW YORK, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon and Sino Television Inc., a privately held Chinese television company, announced a multiyear agreement on Tuesday (April 28) to bring three Chinese-language channels to Verizon's FiOS TV service, which is delivered over the nation's most advanced fiber-optic network directly to customers' homes and businesses. This week, Verizon will launch the first of these channels - Sino TV - a 24-hour Chinese-language channel.
