NEWTON, Mass., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Roberto Mighty's debut album, "KiTCHEN MuSIC," features funky versions of romantic songs from the 40's and 50's over sensuous grooves, plus his jazzy singing and acoustic guitar playing. Roberto's new, guitar-centered arrangements feature his vocals and a full band. The cooking videos feature Mighty's healthy, multicultural cuisine, like his Citrus Ginger Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta & Sauteed Garlic Spinach; and Grilled Pork Chops with Butternut Squash & Kale Simmered in White Wine.

Except for Beasley on sax, Roberto performs all of the tracks on KiTCHEN MuSIC, including six different guitars; keyboards; multiple vocal tracks, percussion and MIDI. He also produced, arranged, recorded and mixed the entire CD in his bedroom on a home computer. The process took two years.
