"Each week we'll feature a comprehensive, 360-degree lifestyle makeover, using best-in-class experts in a variety of areas to help our real women identify their day-to-day challenges, and offer realistic solutions and 'aha' tips to help them live an even better life. Viewers at home will identify with these women and be impacted by the makeovers," explains Executive Producer Jude Weng. "We embrace the reality that it's not about making the perfect meal or having the most organized closet; we're working with them to make time-saving changes that will let them add more of the fun 'me' time they're craving back into their lives."

Today's women are faced with endless daily demands and expectations -- keeping a household running, getting the kids off to school, staying on top of deadlines at work, and trying to get dinner on the table at night, to name a few. These women are happy, successful, and love their lives -- they just have too much on their plates. REAL SIMPLE. REAL LIFE. will help these women, and their loved ones, identify the true causes of their daily frustrations and help implement solutions, ranging from smart organization strategies to no-stress entertaining ideas to simple yet delicious meals. The goal is to offer personalized tips that will save time, clear the chaos, and leave more time to do the things they want to do.

Hosted by Kit Hoover, a working mother of three, the series will pair each week's makeover subject with a team of experts who will assess the challenges and share accessible solutions to help get these families back on track. Kit, who made her television debut as an original member of the series ROAD RULES, and was a recent correspondent for the TV GUIDE network, will connect the makeover subjects with the series experts, including:

-- Ashlee Barnes, makeup -- Nate Lyon, food -- Gia Russo, design -- Lana Titus, fitness -- Sam Saboura, fashion -- Farnoosh Torabi, finance -- Jodie Watson, organization -- Nicole Williams, career & life coach MULTI-MEDIA PLATFORM

REAL SIMPLE. REAL LIFE. is more than a television series; it is a new 360-degree makeover brand that will help everyday people find solutions to make life easier. In addition to the weekly TV program, TLC and Real Simple will launch a dedicated Web site, realsimplereallife.com, which will delve deeper into the show's makeovers, with exclusive content, how-to videos featuring the show's experts, behind-the-scenes video and surprise check-ins with makeover subjects after the cameras leave.

In addition, starting with the October 2008 issue, Real Simple magazine will produce a TV section every month that will provide a more in-depth profile of one of that month's makeover subjects. The magazine will share the woman's problems and solutions with exclusive tips from the show's experts, answers to viewer questions and bonus content. The special section will provide a unique, relevant experience for Real Simple readers regardless of whether they watch the program on TLC.

REAL SIMPLE. REAL LIFE. is produced for TLC and Real Simple by Brand New Entertainment with Executive Producers Jude Weng and Fernando Mills.
