BETHESDA, Md., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The first uranium enrichment facility to be built on U.S. soil in more than thirty years is among the features in the latest edition of ElectricTV.net. Construction of the $1.5 billion facility in New Mexico is proceeding under a unique partnership between three NECA contractors and hundreds of IBEW workers.
