"Make It Happen" is a no-nonsense call-in advice and interview show that helps change the lives of callers through honest and entertaining coaching, storytelling, and problem solving. On the show, Robbins teams with on-air partner Hank Norman to take phone calls and e-mails from listeners and offer down-to-earth advice and workable solutions to real life dilemmas and conflicts in their personal and professional lives.
