'The Ford Freedom Award: The Freedom Sister and The Freedom Fighter' WHAT: WXYZ-TV will air a half-hour special honoring the 2008 Ford Freedom Award recipients. "The Ford Freedom Award: The Freedom Sister and The Freedom Fighter" honors Dorothy I. Height, the Chair and President Emerita of National Council of Negro Women and the late Coretta Scott King, for their work and achievements in Civil and Human Rights.
