Expansion Plans for Cyloop.com into Latin America

MIAMI, May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Hoodiny Entertainment Group, LLC, a full-service online digital media entertainment company and parent of Cyloop.com, announced today that it has reached licensing agreements with the leading music labels and distributors including Warner Music, Sony BMG, EMI, and The Orchard to offer on-demand, interactive streaming of their audio and video catalogs in Spain, USA and Latin America. These groundbreaking and innovative agreements will allow Hoodiny to host thousands of artists' profiles within its music community, Cyloop.com, as well as extend its platform to power the digital properties of leading music labels and artists. In addition, the Company is preparing for an aggressive expansion plan in its core markets in partnership with leading media partners.
